The customer service from one of the call takers was shameful. I called about a blockage that required searching for a manhole. I explained the entire situation, and they said they'd fix it by accessing it with their cameras. When they came, they only confirmed what I had already explained over the phone, and the additional information they provided was false: the manhole wasn't where they said it was, nor at that depth. They charged €90 for travel and wanted to charge another €90 per hour worked, but they didn't do anything; they had to dig as I'd advised. I only paid for travel. They don't s

They're shameless. They did the job, but they scratched up my entire kitchen floor because I didn't protect it before starting. The kitchen is six years old, and they refuse to take responsibility for the damage. We'll see how this turns out, but it will have to be resolved through legal channels.

Very dissatisfied with them. Exorbitant prices. They came to do a job and finished it in 10 minutes, but still charged me for an hour of work. The invoice describes work items that don't match the description, in an attempt to justify an hour of work that didn't exist. They offered no response or solution to my complaints. I will not hire them again or recommend them.

We had some drainage work done at our house and we're very happy. They solved our damp problem very quickly. I recommend them 100%. If I have any problems at my house, I'll call them again without hesitation!

We had a job done with a milling machine because the drainpipe, which is very old, had roots in the joints. It was fast and completely efficient, a 10/10. And the people who came were very friendly and knew their trade very well.
