Good sales management, unfortunately the motorcycle I bought from them arrived with a loose chain and a misaligned rear tire, which causes the tire to slip and is dangerous in this January weather. Furthermore, the motorcycle arrived with just enough oil... easily fixable problems that weren't addressed during the pre-sale inspection, or were done quickly and poorly. A real shame.

SCAMMERS, ARROGANT AND DECEITFUL, those are the feelings I have after taking my motorcycle to be assessed after an accident. When I left the motorcycle, they made me sign a "vehicle receipt" document, of which they didn't give me a copy. It stated that I accepted any type of estimate they deemed appropriate. BEWARE! When I went to pick up my vehicle, they told me they wouldn't release it unless I paid what they demanded for showing my vehicle to the assessor (€65 per hour; they didn't specify where that hour would take place... since the assessor is from the insurance company and travels to th

I'm very happy with the service I received from Miguel. He helped me put up the blanket, and whenever I have a problem, they resolve it quickly and help me in any way they can to give me peace of mind. They are very kind.
