We had an amazing experience with Roommatik from start to finish. Everyone there have been very helpful every step of the process. From selecting to final delivery to the setup at the site. We are located in Redington Shores, Fl and they configured everything remotely. They were able to work with not only our reservation system but also our lock system. That was not an easy thing to do but the entire staff was very patient as they worked out the bugs. The equipment is well made and we are very happy with our purchase.

As a hotel manager with 15 years experience, working with Roomatik has been the worst experience of my life! None existent service, only when you pay a monthly fee - AFTER you paid more than 15.000€ for a machine that is constantly faulty! It took one year for the kiosk to properly work and only thanks to the help of my PMS customer service team! After a few weeks one issue after the other came up again (same issues as before), I stopped paying the monthly fee as nothing was done before and now you get absolutely NO service! They are unwilling to check their software for mistakes, always sayin

We are using the system for one of our hotels in Copenhagen and we are very happy so far. Easy to use and only few steps for the gusts to follow. The only down side is the fact that in the weekend there is no customer support. Same for the public holidays. For a hotel like us, this is vital. Overall, I recommend the system.

I stayed last week in a hotel that works with this system, and it is the worst thing I have ever seen. I had to wait about half an hour to complete the check-in.
