We requested a quote. They told us it was €120 + VAT just for preparing the quote. We paid them what they asked. When they gave us the quote, they hadn't even come to see anything. All the information was over the phone. They told us they had made a mistake with the quote and that €24,000 wasn't correct. But rather double that, or more, between €40,000 and €50,000.
