We wanted a quote, they came to see our house, and we never heard from them again. No one is forcing them to give us a quote, but the least we could have done was give them a response like "we're not interested" or "we don't have the resources/time." Maybe they're good at their job, but... I'll never find out, but professionalism... is lacking.
