SCAMMER! I advanced him over a thousand euros to replace the flooring that had been damaged by his botched work on the terrace (he ran the air conditioning wires through a poorly insulated hole under the window, which, obviously, but not to his liking, lets water in when it rains), and he disappeared! He renovated my house, which took almost two years. Cracks in the ceilings and water leaks because of his botched work. He doesn't answer the phone, so I'll have to report him.
