To begin this review, I must highlight their service, their friendliness, and their various solutions to all the potential problems a home renovation can have. Their punctuality is among the best I've experienced in this industry. If they need to work extra hours on a given day to get ahead, they do so without hesitation. I must also mention the exceptional service from Diego and his team, especially Jorge, a truly dedicated worker who, in my case, when he renovated my bathroom, left it looking like it belonged in a 5-star hotel. Terrible service. 40 minutes on the phone, unable to even say, "Excuse me, I'll get back to you as soon as I can." He completely ignored me. I was going to ask him for a quote for a two-bathroom renovation, but, well, given what I saw, I ran away.
