I called because of the good reviews. They made the initial visit a month ago (correct), and since then they've canceled the appointment twice (the last time today) to discuss proposals and prepare a quote. They're not showing much professionalism when it comes to undertaking a major renovation. Now they're telling me I'm mistaken and to check. Please check if you didn't have a visit scheduled at my home yesterday, Wednesday the 18th, at 4:30 PM, after you also canceled the previous one. At least don't try to make me look like a liar.
