IT company specializing in infrastructure with leading hardware brands such as HP, NetApp, etc., offering powerful solutions from VMware, Palo Alto Networks, etc.

I purchased an Acer laptop from El Corte Inglés last August. The graphics card must have been faulty from the factory because, after only two weeks and without any impact, lines appeared on the screen. Since the laptop was under warranty, Acer's technical service informed me that REDES SYSTEM would handle the repair, and I returned the laptop to the store on September 26, 2023. Today, October 27, more than a month after delivery, I contacted Acer's technical service in Madrid by phone. After requesting my reference number (RNA), they informed me that the issue was closed on October 6, 20 days

I understand their way of doing things, but it doesn't seem right to me that I accept a quote, have to pay upfront, and then wait between 15 and 30 days for the part plus the repair time, not to mention that they haven't stuck to what I told them about the repair.
