What a small world. While searching for some information, I stumbled across this company that I thought was closed down. Let me explain. They were commissioned for a job, nothing complicated, really. A deposit was paid. Then a little more. They delivered part of the work, which didn't work. Another deposit was paid, and then more months, until years had passed. You can imagine the end result: neither work nor money. Where I'm from, that has a name. Anyway.

Terrible service. Whenever I have a problem, they take ages to fix it and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes.

Excellent professionals, very intuitive and easy-to-use programs. They always provide fantastic and prompt service for any questions or problems. Efficient and friendly, especially the women who answer the phones.

From Administration and Sales to the Call Center, they all deserve a 10/10. They are friendly, highly professional, and always help make the daily use of IT solutions as productive as possible.

The technicians and software are very good. However, the call center's telephone service is rude and very unpleasant. This isn't the first complaint. I've been installing TPVFacil for years, and I'll never use them again.
