I do not recommend this company's service. We replaced all the windows in our house and decided to make a significant investment using Kömerling windows because they are known for their high quality. It's pointless spending money on good materials if they are installed poorly. Alugal sent us a team of subcontracted installers who did a shoddy job, with no insulation whatsoever, no foam, nothing. As soon as the first rains came, the walls started soaking wet because water was seeping through the gaps. After countless emails and calls to Alugal, who ignored us and stalled to try and tire us out

Everything went perfectly from the initial quote request to the final installation. The communication was excellent and the professionals who installed the windows were very skilled. Great job, Denis!

I do not recommend them for all the reasons I will detail below, and also because they broke their promise to repair the damage they caused. I chose this company to replace two windows and a French door, largely because of the good reviews it had. My experience has been a series of mishaps from the day of the installation. First, I didn't receive any call from the company on the day I had scheduled the work between 10 and 11. After 11, I called, they didn't answer, and after a while they called back and explained that the delay was most likely due to traffic and their travel to my house. I di
