Very negative experience. I hired them to reinforce my door after seeing the work they did at my parents' house. In my case, they carried out the work without me being present and did a shoddy job. Furthermore, they damaged the door's finish by applying glue without informing me or asking for my consent. They polished and varnished the entire old oak house with water-based varnish, and in 5 years the sun has eaten away the color in the dining room, and in the hallway, where the sun doesn't shine as well. The worst experience with construction I've ever had. I never imagined that people who claim to be professionals could be so clumsy. We had a major project installed, installing glue-down parquet throughout the apartment. Besides installing it poorly, several planks were lifted, and the varnish they applied was of terrible quality. On top of that, when we went to complain, they gave us the runaround and very rudely hung up on us. A word of advice: if you have to install any type of parquet, I do not recommend it.

I do NOT recommend them. I had solid oak parquet installed by them, and the result was: poorly sanded parquet (marks in the varnish), cracks in three places, and poorly glued planks (they wobble). They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes, blaming the client with lies. I will most likely file a complaint soon. I am a property manager and I do a lot of construction work; a company can be good or bad, but it is obligated to take responsibility for its mistakes and not make up lies to avoid repairs. It's unbelievable. Besides, they are very rude.
