Completely unprofessional. They argued amongst themselves while working, left a cable improperly connected, and had to return two days later. Their defining characteristic is their inherent unpleasantness, and the worst part was that after I paid them 800 euros for the repair, they hinted they would charge me a travel fee for coming back to fix what they themselves had botched. The final repair was done by another company. Never again.

The best company I've found in a long time. The technicians who did the installation impressed me with their workmanship, attention to detail, and flawless installation—they were incredibly competent.
