The strange co which I ran after for almost a month. On 30.10.25 I sent my inquiry enclosing the photos and sizes to get the offer for 2 garage doors. My inquiry seems quite attractive. At last on Friday, 21.11.25 after listening to their answering machine I was promised to get the offer the same day. Nothing was sent. On Monday, 24.11.25 I asked kindly to send me the offer. They said they have sent it. I checked spam and all options, nothing. A strange attitude, not at all customer focused!!! 👎🏿

Four years ago, I had a roller door installed in my private garage. The garage's design creates a tunnel effect, and the noise gets concentrated and doesn't dissipate easily. However, Puertas Canalejas has been constantly looking for solutions. To be honest, their after-sales service has been quite good. The perfect service would have been to warn me about this before installing the system and/or materials, but overall, it's been good.

Professional and highly recommended service. We also greatly appreciate the honesty of the managers of this family business. One of our garage doors broke in the middle of August, and unfortunately, Canalejas was closed, so we had to hire a third party...who botched the job enormously. Fortunately, upon returning from vacation, Canalejas was able to effectively fix the problem. Thank you!

They installed the parking garage door in our building. The service was excellent; they explained the installation process and gave us different options to suit our budget. The parking garage door works perfectly.

Given the strident response to yesterday's review, I can only say that I thank Joaquin, Jose, Marc, and Albert for their work.
