Our experience with this company has been quite disappointing. Their organization and communication with the client are nonexistent: they don't adhere to agreed-upon schedules and, worse, they don't notify us of any changes. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Their customer service is appalling; they hang up on you, advertise themselves as open 24 hours, and then answer the phone half-asleep, hanging up mid-sentence in a very rude manner. My car had to be left outside because of this company's incompetence.
