Completely incompetent. At least the technician who helped me, Edgar. He didn't know what he was doing. He explained one thing, then the opposite, arranged to meet me and then didn't show up, and to top it all off, he even had the nerve to complain to me on WhatsApp about his absence. He acted like a little kid. He didn't solve anything for me.

Excellent work and a pleasant experience with the installation of the access door for our community of neighbors.

First, don't trust positive reviews. Some companies will fill your profile with stars for a small fee. This company is the worst. They install the motor, and when you have a warranty issue, they ignore you, claiming it's misuse and that you have to pay. Find another company; these guys are the worst.
