Good quality product and great sales person. I would ask for better communication once the sale is settled but the product not yet installed. It unfortunately gives the impression that once the sale is done there is no interest on giving top customer service and communication. Thanks for the work done.

Great experience with Proyectos Echarri. Javier from the Sales Department helped us. He was attentive and professional at all times. Highly recommended. Enclosing our terrace wasn't easy because it had many unique aspects, which they were able to resolve.

The terrace was installed a week ago. We finally decided on Echarri after requesting several quotes from other manufacturers, and it was a great choice. They met the deadlines, even ahead of schedule. We're very happy with the finish and how the space looks. Opening and closing it is very convenient.
