This company is a disaster. They installed a heat pump in a building, and it's never worked. Supposedly, it was commissioned, but it was tested. Why isn't it working? Besides, when something is installed, it comes with a warranty. So they should be fixing the problem with the installation, right?

A disaster. Years ago, they installed my boiler. The guys who came to install it were complete incompetents, not to mention rude. Especially one who seemed Portuguese. They left me without hot water for a day, and the boss had to come on a Saturday to finish the installation, leaving the electrical outlet exposed. A danger to my family. After what happened in Valencia, you have to be careful with installations. I'll have to hire an electrician to fix this botched job. They're a disaster.

Top-notch technical service at an affordable price. Excellent customer service; they arrived the same day (despite the Spain match) when other technicians had scheduled appointments for two or three days later. So many days without hot water! They resolved the problem with our old boiler quickly and for less money than other places were charging just for a quick visit.
