They're not professional in the slightest. After a week of trying to contact them, they haven't responded at all. Don't list contact methods if you're not going to use them. Personally, I don't recommend them. 👌

I contacted them a few months ago to repair a disaster they'd done to my roof. They came, inspected it, and looked for a solution. They were supposed to send me a quote and come to do a sample to see if their solution would work or if the entire roof needed to be scraped, which I've already done myself. Since they hadn't come, presumably due to their workload, I asked them to please send me quotes for both options: scraping the roof or their proposed method.
