Shameful!!! First they tell us they'll create the online store for us with the Digital Kit and that they'll give us a quote. And instead of giving us the quote, they tell us they can't do the service because they're too busy. Seriously? So instead of scheduling us to do it when they can, they decide not to do it at all. That's just an excuse, man. You don't treat people like that!!! Maybe to you we're just a regular customer, but for us it's our future project; we're pouring our hearts into this, and then we get this response.
