Our experience with Parquets Nervión has been excellent from start to finish. From the in-store consultation, where they explained all the options very clearly and without trying to oversell us, to the final installation of the laminate flooring. We especially want to highlight Luis, the guy who came to measure and advise us. Initially, we were thinking of removing the entire floor, but he was very honest and professional in pointing out which parts were in good condition and didn't need replacing, as the laminate could be installed on top without any problem.
