Terrible service. You call, they tell you to give them your details, and then they say goodbye. They installed an air source heat pump for me, charged, and disappeared. I called and WhatsApped the guy who installed it because it was malfunctioning, and they fixed it, and nothing. Then I called the central office, gave them your details, and it was the same again. Terrible in every way, both in terms of service and professionalism.

I'm giving them one star because I spent €18,000 on a geothermal pump that I have to restart practically every day (with wear and tear and likely consequences for a product that was supposed to be of quality). I've been waiting for a solution for two or three years after investing so much. The pump fails and stops, so I have to restart it (I realize when the house is cold) and it has to heat the entire house again, at all the expense that this entails (we installed solar panels, but they usually fail at night).
