We've been waiting three days for the maintenance technician to come, and every time we call they tell us they're coming today. The problem affects one entire plant, and they can't even be bothered to come and are completely lying. It's a disgrace.

Regarding the maintenance of the communal boiler, I'd say it's quite good, since the heating and hot water service in our building rarely fails and any issues are usually resolved the same day. The technicians themselves are friendly and always explain the procedures and what they're going to do.
