My personal experience with OTR Idiomas has been very positive. First, my eldest daughter went with them in 2021/2022, and I didn't hesitate to send my youngest daughter with the same agency last year. Both my daughters and I were kept informed and supported every step of the way—during the trip, their stay, their studies, and the accreditation process. The service was very personal and professional. My daughters had an exceptional experience that they will never forget. Thank you so much, Elena, for your professionalism and excellent work. You have a fantastic team.

The family my son was with was fabulous. We still keep in touch and see each other in the summer when they come to 🇪🇸 for the holidays. Communication with Otr is fluid, and they always make every effort to ensure the child's coordination and needs are met as desired.

A very unpleasant experience with Director Elena, right from the first contact. After an email in which she herself mentions "low prices," it's pointed out to her that her prices are higher than the competition, and she responds with gems like, "I'm sure we're not for every budget..." Ma'am, those cinematic techniques to try and make people buy from you don't work here; they're neither pleasant nor welcome. If they come at you with this kind of nonsense during the sales phase, I don't even want to imagine what they'll be like in the other phases.

I went to Ireland, and from the moment I booked the two-month homestay experience, which included English classes, they were there for me every step of the way. Personally, I didn't have a great experience with the first family, but thanks to their support, we were able to resolve the issue we had.

My son's experience on his first trip abroad with OTR was absolutely fantastic. I made the right choice hiring them after considering many other options with different companies. They are true professionals. The service, attention, and genuine interest shown by their staff, especially Daniel, towards the children was superb at all times (before, during, and after my son returned to Spain). Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!
