The customer service is extremely poor in Spain. Support is available only during the sales process; once the process has started, there is no longer any access to human assistance. Customer service is limited to AI-based responses, which is frustrating and unhelpful.

The installation company and staff were professional and did a good job. The system works well and I am happy with the setup. One thing I found quite annoying is that the initial offer did not clearly include taxes and administrative fees (they are included on page X of some document) which I realised once I received the final bill. Another point which I found and find strange is that the installation company seems to have access to your consumption and production data which seems like a privacy violation.

Very happy with Otovo, everything done as agreed, quickly and properly. I am a foreigner living in Spain with poor Spanish so they arranged everything, permits, contractors etc, things I could not have done myself. The price was the cheapest I could find. Now we're living off the electricity provided by the sun. Excellent company to deal with, very impressed with everything. The guys who installed it we great, very professional and quick, Carlota my account manager was brilliant too. 👏 I
