I would recommend Oskar Ventanas 100%. Our apartment in Tarifa had old aluminium windows which were leaky and made a horrible whistling noise when it was windy (90% of the time!). I replaced all windows, (including a skylight on an enclosed terrace) via Oskar Ventanas with Kommerling PVC windows and these are literally the best windows I"ve ever seen. Amazing insulation, smooth and easy to open and close and the insulation from cold, heat and sound is incredible.
