I booked a 100€ consultation that was supposed to include both a meeting and prior document analysis. I spent a full hour writing and sending detailed background information in advance to make the most of the session. However, when I arrived, the lawyer had not read any of it, which forced me to re-explain everything from scratch. This meant I essentially received the same service as the 50€ “consult only” option. I sent a polite email afterwards to raise the issue and request a 50€ refund — a fair ask given the service I paid for was not delivered. I never received any reply. Unprofessional

This firm is misleading, unprofessional, and inefficient. First of all, they asked us to go to the office. We thought that meeting in person would help clarify our needs. Everything seemed fine at first — they quoted a reasonable service fee and promised that the contract would be ready the next day. However, in reality, the contract was delayed by three days, and the final fee turned out to be two to three times higher than other firms. A consulting firm that completely fails to understand the client’s needs is a big no-no. There are many other options in Barcelona, don’t choose this one.

I went to this lawyers office to get some advise on a legal matter. The lawyer was answering some of my concerns but left some questions open. Instead of answering my questions to the point it was like a sales pitch, trying to sell their services, recommending me next steps that are quite costly and risky.
