To begin with, the service isn't offered in Pamplona, ​​and although the cost of taking it to Madrid for evaluation and a quote is supposedly free, if you don't get it fixed there, they charge you for the return shipping (which is quite expensive). The quote they gave me was completely outrageous. When you reject it the first time, they try to lower the price even more, but it's still exorbitant. In short, my hard drive has gone back to Madrid and back, and on top of that, I had to pay. Look for another reliable local repair shop if you have hard drive problems.
