Very bad. I moved into a residential development built in the 1980s. One of the access controls they gave me doesn't work. After asking at several hardware stores, they told me nothing could be done, so I went back to the same factory and all they got was me... They dismissed me with a flourish, without even getting up from their seat, saying "impossible, impossible." They made me feel like an idiot. I understand that it's an old control, but that's no obstacle for the way they treated me.
