So far so good! I've been with them for a few months already, and the experience has been great. From the very first contact, when they helped me move from my old supplier, through some questions about the app (great one BTW), and payment process - the response from advisor was always very fast, and helpful. Kudos to Susana G. and Ilaria ;) Keep up the good work (and ACTUAL people in the customer care department)!

No jumping through hoops, no being passed around to different departments - just straightforward help from someone who clearly knows what they're doing. I have been with Octopus for around 7 or 8 weeks now and the change over from my previous supplier was easy and efficient. Customer support seems to be by email only as I can't find anyone who can speak English when I call their helpline. I have been trying to get more information regarding installing domestic batteries to complement my solar system and although I get a quick reply confirming receipt of my email query the information I actually require has since failed to be provided. Monthly bills are also only in Spanish with no English option which is something my previous supplier was able

I was an Octopus customer when I still had a property in UK but never knew they operated here in Spain. They always impressed with their personal service. Once I found out they were here I made contact and now I'm a Spanish Octoperson regards my electricity supply.Shout out to David A for all of his support, advice and sharp follow up to all my queries via email, then a 10:00 voice call that took place at....10:00 on the dot👌🏽nice style, proper customer service.
