I want to believe it's not the company's fault, but they have a salesperson who makes a habit of deceiving people. He told an elderly couple a final price, and then tried to sell them financing with €3,000 in interest, without informing them of the details, or at least not enough. As soon as we called him to cancel the order, he started hurling insults at us and the elderly couple. We will obviously be reporting these unacceptable and unethical practices to consumer protection authorities.

I have to admit this is my first review, and it's been very positive for all the staff, and especially for their sales representative (Efrén in my case). I'm not a fan of new technologies, but he helped and guided me with everything I needed, with patience and kindness. The same goes for the office staff I contacted. The installers were incredibly professional, friendly, and clean. Everything is up and running. I hope to be able to comment soon on the relationship with the electric company and the savings on my energy bill.
