I manage a building in Pamplona, ​​and we contracted this company to improve the building's roof, lifting the roof to install insulation. The work went smoothly, and several residents have already commented on the difference in the cold weather. We're very happy with the result.

What a lack of professionalism! They give a date, meaning today, the 24th... of course, Christmas Eve!!! And they agree to come at 11 am!!! The least they could do if they're not going to show up, whether it's because of laziness, workload, etc., is to give a call or at least answer the phone (since we agreed on that time because I work). I understand the dates, and I'm the first to admit it, but why give that date and why not let us know?! I could have calmly told them it was no problem, that we'd arrange other dates, and wished them happy holidays. But no! In short, very bad, 0% recommended.

The work was mediocre, and their lack of experience was evident. The warranty, as per the contract, is 15 years; however, there was a problem related to the faulty installation of the sandwich panel, and they haven't taken responsibility. I recommend being very careful with them. They also failed to comply with the required occupational health and safety regulations for the roof installation.
