I dropped my laptop on the charger side, damaging not only the charger itself but also the laptop's power outlet. They fixed it in less than a week. Very fast and very friendly. In addition to fixing what you tell them, they offer solutions to improve it.

I went to the branch for information about lighting. As soon as we stepped inside, the girl warned us that they closed at 7:30 pm and that we should think about it at home (we went in at 7:15 pm but didn't know they closed that late). Due to a problem with Endesa, for which I was not responsible but which affected me, I was subjected to misleading and fraudulent information for two months. I don't know if Endesa is aware of the terrible service provided at that office, but I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Despite all the obstacles they put in my way to resolve my problem, I managed to solve it myself (4 months later). Never again Endesa.

They resolved all the issues I had with my electricity contract with Endesa very efficiently and professionally. They also thoroughly explained the advantages of switching my contract from the regulated system (which is very expensive and cumbersome) to the free market system that this service provider offers.
