They did a fantastic job, they did a great job with the work, covering everything perfectly so the floor wouldn't get dirty, they were quick, and the coordination was excellent. And the saleswoman, Irai, was a real gem. Everything turned out perfectly. We're so happy!

I'll try to be objective. The saleswoman was very polite, and that's partly why you choose one store over another. The best thing about it, I think, was the installation team—friendly, clean, and professional. The worst part was the explanation of the process and the payment options. I was finding out as it happened, and when I wanted to finance it, they told me it wasn't in the contract and couldn't be done. I had to ask for explanations for EVERYTHING.

We needed to adapt a small bathroom (no easy task) for a person with reduced mobility, and from the very beginning, the advice has been outstanding. We are very grateful for the service we received from Lourdes, Iraia, and Sandra. The team that came to install it was incredibly professional and friendly. They were very careful both when delivering and removing the materials, and they paid meticulous attention to detail. We wholeheartedly recommend them. We are delighted with our new bathroom.

About a year ago, we had a shower screen installed in the bathtub of one of our bathrooms, and we were very satisfied with the quality and service. Given the positive experience, we returned a month ago to replace the vanity in the other bathroom, and the result was also excellent. The materials were high quality, and the staff, especially Sandra, who handled both projects, were friendly and professional. The installer was also very kind and courteous.
