Excellent explanation for not even taking my motorcycle for inspection after an accident; they said they don't have access to parts for your brand, which is perfectly understandable, and I have no complaints about that. However, adding "I'm not even going to take it, I'm against all this, if it were up to me they'd all disappear" was very poor and contemptible. They should have left that out. This morning I finalized the purchase of an FB Mondial. I'm really happy with the bike; it's immaculate, and the service was excellent.
