I cannot say enough good things about the Yamaha service department here. Besides the excellent care your moto receives, they treat their customers like family and are there to assist in an emergency. Yet another reason to purchase a Yamaha which I have been doing for the past 50 years.👍

Horrible service! The only thing they care about is their opening-times and money. Every question I ask is being answered by "Our opening times are from 8-16h" There is no answers, no suggestions, there is no help and there is no common sense. Zero customer service. I have been living here for almost 10 years and used many garages and repair shops, never experienced anything like that. I bought a new bike from them, original Yamaha dealer, where one expects a certain level of service, but it is actually ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE having to deal with them. They repaired my tyre with a patch on top ins
