Great service, fast and very reasonable prices. I'll always go to this workshop for my SYM motorcycle.

The receptionist is a complete non-entity. Whenever you call to make an appointment, get a quote, or anything else, she's always in a bad mood, with little desire to work. Before, they treated you wonderfully, but now this person gives rude, inappropriate answers. Ultimately, I've come to another shop thanks only to that woman.

If you're not a regular customer, the service leaves a lot to be desired. We took the motorcycle in for repairs and were charged over 400 euros for a supposed fix. However, a month later, the motorcycle broke down in the middle of the city. When we took it to another shop, they told us it hadn't even been properly serviced and was missing basic components that should have been fixed during the initial service. I'm very disappointed, as I went there on a recommendation, but I clearly won't be back. I don't like feeling ripped off.

The receptionist was incredibly rude, insisting that you can't order the part without first asking about the engine specifications or brand. You practically have to beg her to buy it, when it should be the other way around, haha, but oh well. Money that doesn't stay there.

My usual mechanic, friendly service, they explain the problem and the turnaround time is reasonable. I recommend them.
