They're serious and straightforward. Their workshop is packed, but they still take care of you, and if it's an emergency, they'll fix it. If you want to see the broken part, they'll show it to you and explain the fault or problem without any fuss.

I wouldn't go back even if you paid me. It's a disgrace, everyone charges a different price.
