I was hugely impressed with the company. They had to store my new Sym for almost a year because of COVID restrictions as I couldn’t get over from the UK. They replied quickly to all my correspondence and I picked the bike up from Jamie in their Andratx store. He took time with the handover explaining all the controls of the bike and to phone or come back if I had any further questions. Thank you to him and his brother in the Palms store. I love the bike and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic service! Always quick to respond via e-mail and very helpful in the store. Had a small issue with my helmet and was replaced straight away, I would recommended this shop to anyone.

This is our third scooter from motocity and I have to say 5 star all the way. Jose was amazing helping me organise a surprise for my wife's birthday and even stayed back late to allow her to take delivery. Fantastic all the way. If you wanna feel bad when you wanna buy something, here we go. I was the only client. The guy from the store left the shop to prefer to stay alone outside. So I wasn't able to buy an SYM bike...thanx, now bought a bike in Casa Capo and the service was great!
