I needed some nuts for my exhaust manifold that I couldn't find anywhere; they not only got them for me, but they also arranged for them to be shipped to a distributor in my area so it would be more convenient for me to pick them up. I already knew them from previous purchases and repairs, but this detail confirms their professionalism: if they go to this much trouble for simple nuts, imagine what they'd do for bigger jobs. So far, so good. They seem very competent, attentive, and very honest. This is my first experience with them. I went in because of a fall, and they warned me that the engine oil level was well above the maximum (I'd already been to another workshop in a different province, so I suspected something was wrong, and I was right—a very serious mistake to deliver a motorcycle with too much engine oil after the first service. Official Vespa dealer, yes, and officially, some very rude people too, obviously excluding the mechanics who are completely blameless. You're dealing with the public, and the service is awful, especially from the woman.
