I had a clogged sink, and they arranged a visit from one day to the next. The service was fantastic. It was a major clog, and it was fixed super fast. I'm very grateful for their attention and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Very unprofessional. They told me they would be there between 2:00 and 2:30 PM. They didn't arrive, so I called them. They said they would check and call me back in 30 seconds. They never called, and I had to call them many times before they finally answered. When they did, they rudely told me they didn't work again until 4:00 PM and hung up on me.

I had a major blockage at home, and when I called them, they gave me an appointment right away and fixed the problem in no time. They also gave me advice on maintenance and how to handle my home insurance. I'm extremely grateful, and my pipes are working perfectly now.

They cleaned the drain, and a week later it was back to square one (so it wasn't done properly). They told me that if they have to come back, I have to pay again because their work was done correctly. THEY DON'T OFFER A GUARANTEE ON THEIR SERVICE. Just so you know, they DON'T take responsibility.

They did a cockroach extermination in my house, telling me the job would be completed in two visits. Not only did they get rid of them, but they haven't come back. They came with heavy equipment for a strong treatment the first time, and the difference was already quite noticeable. On the second visit, they completed part of the treatment and administered an injection, telling us it would take two weeks to see results.
