They were urgently notified about a broken door in a communal garage with 50 vehicles, preventing them from leaving. The request was for someone to at least come and open the door, even if they repaired it later. Their response was that they couldn't come for another 6 hours. Terrible service.

TERRIBLE service. The door breaks and you can't get out, and when you call they tell you they won't come for another 6 hours... It's unbelievable. I don't recommend them.

I must have been unlucky because the other reviews are all very good. I called to have my door fixed after it stopped working one morning, hoping the technician would know more about doors than I did since he specializes in them and I didn't want to overwhelm him. He couldn't fix it; according to him, it must have a broken gear or pinion. He offered to give me a quote for a new central track system since there are no spare parts for this type of door opening mechanism. I wasn't convinced. In the middle of the holidays, when everyone else was closed, they provided solutions incredibly quickly, and I couldn't be happier with the result and the professionalism of the people who helped me. Honestly, since I haven't been able to compare prices with other companies (it's a holiday thing), I don't know if I paid a fair price for the service they provided, but based on what I've already mentioned, it doesn't matter to me. They've earned a regular customer for the next time I need them.

Fast service; they sent a technician via WhatsApp to fix my door in less than 24 hours. The technician was very professional and kept me informed about the work being done. I will definitely contact them again for maintenance.
