I don't know how you get good reviews, if the workers start after the scheduled time at snack time, I think they take a nap and everything, and at lunch time they come up from their snack and go down to lunch. After thirty-something years of construction in Mallorca, this is something never seen before, in my opinion. They have little control over their workers. Just sit in the Martinez bar to see the Escorial construction site in front of you. They wouldn't be more professional and serious with their workers if they respected the working hours.
