Lack of professionalism and commitment. I've been waiting almost three months for a quote. I went to the store four times to ask if they'd been able to look at the project and if they could tell me anything. With the same hypocrisy, Maite kept replying, "I'll look into it right now and tell them to get back to you." If you're not interested in a job, you can simply be honest, that's all. We had an empty wardrobe and didn't know what to do with it. They advised us on how to equip it, how many shelves to put in, what height to put the hanging rail at... and the result has been great. They do excellent work, and the sales assistant, Maite, is a delight. She makes everything very easy. We are very satisfied!

I'm delighted with the service and professionalism. A 10 out of 10, especially for Maite—kind, quick, and efficient. Her colleague was also perfect. The doors were very well installed, and everything was super fast. The only thing I can say is that the wood grain isn't the prettiest, but since it's oak, that's somewhat random. Thank you.
