A few days ago, I went to request a quote to order a simple 80x80x20 platform that I needed for a memorial service for my recently deceased partner. They were supposed to call me, but they didn't. I had to call them myself, and they quoted me an exorbitant price: €200 for assembling a board and four veneered chipboard slats. It seems like a real rip-off! Material that doesn't cost more than €30 in any woodworking shop in the city! Does that mean they're going to charge me €170 for labor to screw the board to the slats? Please! That has a name: abuse and usury! I'm clear that I will never retur

After waiting three weeks for the table, it came with these defects. We told the guy who brought it, and the solution he gave us at the time was to take it away and leave us without a table for another month. Either they make a new one or fix the one they made. He told us he would tell the store owners, but they haven't even contacted us. It has great reviews, but they've given us few, if any, solutions.
