Throughout the project Efrén was available and responsive. He explained everything clearly and patiently, and was flexible when I needed to make changes. To begin with, we interviewed four companies to carry out the renovation, and from the very beginning, I knew Efren was the professional I needed. We completed the renovation remotely (we were based in Zaragoza), yet the constant communication and the small details—which I don't have in mind, but Efren and his team did—were key to the success of the project.
