As the appointment approached, they called to say they didn't want to take it because they had already warned us. False. They kept the money. You asked for a refund and nothing. BEWARE of leaving negative reviews on Google; they delete them, and even the SUPER BOSS of Luengas might call you to threaten you for the negative feedback.
