I've known Linea Gráfica for over a decade, and I can say they've been a key part of my online business's evolution. We started back in 2012 with a store built on OsCommerce, when eCommerce was still in its infancy compared to today. At that time, they helped me set everything up from scratch, and even then, they stood out for their professionalism, approachability, and how well they explained everything, even to someone who wasn't very tech-savvy, like me. A few years later, we decided to migrate the store to PrestaShop to have more options and improve the design, and I relied on them again.

I do not recommend this agency at all. My company hired their services and the experience was disappointing. They spend endless hours on unnecessary tasks, generating high costs, but they fail to solve the real problems. They just hang up on the hours they spent, with no transparency regarding the development work. The most worrying thing is that they take no responsibility for the results and, in the end, evade any kind of accountability. If you value your time and money, I recommend looking elsewhere.
