I had a bad blockage at home and they came to unclog it. After several attempts with compressed air, they couldn't get it unstuck. The next day, I patiently tackled it myself with a rod and managed to fix it after watching a tutorial by a South American on how to unclog a drain. They always go for the quick and easy option without trying anything else. And of course, they charged me for the attempt. I'm tempted to send them my resume… although the people who came were very nice.

They were sent by the insurance company Mapfre and it was a disgrace. All they did was break my pipe and then left because they said they didn't have any more budget.
