I can't recommend this attorney for rental contract law. 1) She failed to tell me when my landlord asked for a six month guarantee that it was illegal under Spanish law. Then the landlord tried to steal it and I only got it back because a neighbor threatened to report my landlord for fraud. 2) She charged me 4x what other lawyers charge for a Burofax, then forgot to send it on time. 3) I overpaid the penalty to end my contract by 677 euros because she doesn't understand the indemnification clause. A pleasure to speak with but otherwise useless.
